Limited Warranty-
Meters-- Meters are warranted for one year for defects in workmanship. However analog meters are delicate instruments, therefore we cannot warrant meters for failures due to rough handling, exposure to excessive heat, dusty operating environments, or other abusive conditions.

Thermocouples-- Since operating conditions vary greatly, we are unable to offer any warranty on thermocouples -- except that they will be shipped ready for service.

Any liability of ACI arising out of any defect in workmanship or material of anyproductshall be limited to and fully discharged by replacement or repair of such items at ACI’s option without charge. Thiswarranty provided is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This limited warranty shall not be modified except by written agreement signed by both parties. In no event shall ACI be liable for any consequential or incidental damage.

Buyer must give notice of any defect in workmanship or material to the ACI within 5 days after receipt of goods. In the event the Buyer fails to give notice within the specified period, the ACI shall be relieved of any and all liability hereunder.

Any action for breach of this warranty or other action arising out of the sale of goods by ACI must be commenced within one year after delivery of goods in the Courts of Whatcom County, Washington.
