JK Adams' Lifetime Warranty

We stand by our product. Our goods come to you with a one hundred (100%) percent satisfaction guarantee. If you receive a damaged item, or find a manufacturer's defect on a JK Adams product, we will replace it.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for a lifetime warranty to be processed. In the event that the item is no longer in our line we may replace the product with a product of comparable features and benefits. Please fill out the form below to submit a lifetime warranty request.

Once the form has been submitted, you will be asked to email us a photo of the damaged product.
