WARRANTY

Keystone Industries ® warrants at the time of shipment that its products shall be free of defects in material and workmanship. The following product warranty periods apply from date of startup:

Product	Warranty
Applicators, Modules, Timers, Rebuilt Melters, Pumps & Handgun hoses	Six months or 2000 hours of use, whichever occurs first Thirty days on electronics in rebuilt melters
Rebuilt Electronics	Thirty days, this includes in rebuilt melters
New Melters	One year or 4000 hours of use. Five year on tank heater
Automatic Hoses	One year or 4000 hours of use, whichever occurs first

a) This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied and constitutes all of Keystone Industries’ liability in respect to merchandise sold by it.
b) The liability of Keystone Industries ® shall be limited to replacing or repairing, at its option, any defective parts which are returned, and related expenses incurred to install replacement parts are not covered by this warranty.
c) In no event will Keystone Industries ® be liable for special or consequential damages as a result of any alleged breach of warranty. Keystone Industries’ maximum liability arising from breach of warranty shall not exceed the purchase order price.
d) Keystone Industries’ liability under this warranty is for the normal use of the equipment and does in no way extend to losses caused by delays of equipment nor for any expense for labor, supplies, machine rental or loss or damages to other property.
e) Keystone Industries ® will not be responsible for repair of products that have been subject to abuse, misuse, alteration, accident or negligent uses.
f) Keystone Industries ® shall have the right of final determination to the existence and cause of defect.
g) Keystone Industries ® assumes no responsibility for the quality or performance of coatings, adhesives or other customer supplied material used with Keystone Industries ® parts or equipment.
h) In no case are products to be returned without first obtaining permission and a Return Authorization number from Keystone Industries ® .
i) All claims must be brought to our attention within twelve (12) months of the sale.

Core Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Keystone Industries ® , Inc. to rebuild your adhesive parts and equipment. In order to maintain our quality and efficiency in rebuilding cores, we must ask that you provide us with the following when returning acore:

All systems must be returned with all the parts that enable the system to work. The system core being returned should be the same make and model of system being ordered through Keystone. After receiving the core, Keystone will inspect the core for completeness. ANY MISSING OR NON-REBUILDABLE PARTS WILL BEINVOICED AT OEM LIST PRICE. THE SAME WILL APPLY FOR PARTS DAMAGED BEYOND NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. PLEASE BESURE YOUR SYSTEM COREIS PACKED SUFFICIENTLY FOR SHIPPING. Glue unit cores must be shipped via truck lines at customer’s expense. It is recommended the customer insure their core.

All exchange product cores must be returned for like parts. You must send back the same product you have ordered from us. We do not accept one type of product for another type. ANY EXCHANGE CORES RETURNED THAT HAVE MISSING OR NON-REBUILDABLE PARTS WILL BEINVOICED AT THE OEMLIST PRICE.

A return authorization number will be issued to the customer to return the like exchange core.

Evaluation Fees for testing products:

Melters (if after evaluation, choosing not to rebuild):	$400.00/per melter
Applicators/Hoses/Pumps:	$100.00/per item
