Air Dry or Bisque fire to cone 04 for hardness
An all-purposeair dry clay that can be handmodeled, sculpted, or thrown on a potter's wheel. Amaco's Air Dry clay is suitable for the mobile classroom, as it does not need to be fired. Clay can be finished with shellac for strength and to waterproof. Dried pices can be finished with shellac, acryllic paint, or bisque firred to cone 04 and glazed in a kiln.
All Amaco Clay bodies are available for purchase, however we do not stock all the water based Amaco Clays. Many online clay orders will ship direct from the manufacturer. We do accept school purchase orders and would love to have the opportunity to bid on your school's supply list.
