The Ceramic Shop's Cone 6 Professional Series Magic Glaze is a best seller! Fired to Cone 6 in oxidation this glaze still amazes us with new results every firing. A variety of colors ranging from cream, black, dark blues and greens to rich orange and speckled browns. It truely is a magic glaze! Recommended application is dipping or spraying.
Mixing instructions:
Simply add 12 ounces of water per pound of dry mix.
All of The Ceramic Shop dry glazes include instructions for mixing with water. One pound of glaze yields one pint of wet glaze. 25- 30 lbs dry glaze is recommended to yield a 5 gallon bucket of wet glaze.
Our Cone 6 glazes have been used in studios and schools for over ten years. All glazes are lead free, non-toxic and conform to ASTDM 4236 standards. Glazes are made per order so please call ahead when picking up at our store.

The Ceramic Shop Pro Series is formulated for a dipping application, and they can be thinned with water and used for spraying. If brushing, consider adding a bit of brushing medium, such as Veegum T to the glaze first.
We always recommend testing before largescale application, as variations in clay body and firing can produce differing results. Dinnerware producers must test finished work to assess suitability.
