Underglaze pens by Minnesota Clay are a great way to bring detailed decoration to your studio practice. These easy-to-use pens contain different colors of underglaze medium, which you apply directly to your bisqued wares. These underglaze pens can be used at a variety of firing ranges, with most colors able to reach cone 9 with consistency. Please note that the rose-colored potter’s pen can only reach cone 4. Once you draw on the surface of your piece, simply allow the underglaze to dry, and then cover with a translucent or clear glaze.
